What happens when no one understands

I've been in this industry for twelve years and I have seen frustration. I have seen this in the eyes of the teacher, parent and the child. It is really hard to explain to a child to take a breath when all they want to do is lash out. It is hard to calm a child down when they become so angry, all they want to do is cry. I have been there. I think everyone has been there. Being picked last for a team or not at all. Wanting to belong to a certain group and feeling like the odd man out. I think as adults we need more compassion then discipline. We need more hugs then punishments.

I love this. lol sometimes after working 12 hours and then having to come home and cook and straighten up or set through my son's soccer practice. Then I set there and look at my 3 year old little innocent face and think wow he make it all worth it and Im sure at times he feels the same way. not being able to do everything when he wants to do it.

I think that it's really hard sometimes with children. To be a parent (I am not but I hear things), teacher or anyone trying to better a life. That's a really sweet story
